The C40 model is rated 40A working current with 30mA residual operating current, specially developed for 230V single-phase household, apartment and small commercial electrical systems.
Different from separate MCB + RCD combination, this integrated RCBO saves cabinet space, simplifies wiring and delivers synchronous fast cut-off once leakage, overload or short circuit faults occur, effectively preventing electric shock hazards and circuit fire risks.

5. Operation Instructions

  1. Install the breaker onto standard 35mm DIN rail inside distribution box; connect live wire and neutral wire to top two terminals, load wires to bottom two terminals.
  2. Push the black switch handle upward to “ON” position to supply power to downstream circuits.
  3. Press the orange “T” TEST button monthly when power is on. If the breaker trips automatically, the leakage protection function works normally; if no trip, replace the breaker immediately.
  4. When leakage/overload/short-circuit fault occurs, the handle will jump to “OFF”. Cut off all electrical loads first, check circuit hidden troubles, then reset after eliminating faults.
