3. Key Product Advantages
- 3-in-1 Integrated Protection
Covers earth leakage anti-shock protection, overload overheating protection and short-circuit instant cut-off protection, one unit solves three major circuit safety risks.
- 0.1s Rapid Fault Tripping
30mA sensitive leakage trigger ensures power cut within 0.1 second once electric leakage happens, greatly reducing electric shock injury probability.
- 6kA High Short-Circuit Resistance
Strong breaking capacity withstands instant large short-circuit current, avoids internal burnout and explosion of the breaker under fault conditions.
- C Curve Household Matching Design
C-type trip curve tolerates small starting current of household electrical equipment like air conditioners, refrigerators and water heaters, no nuisance tripping in daily use.
- Compact DIN Rail Installation
Ultra-narrow single-module body, saves distribution box internal space, easy snap-on mounting on standard 35mm DIN rail, convenient wiring with top & bottom double screw terminals.
- Built-in Test Button
Equipped with orange T test button for monthly functional inspection to guarantee long-term stable leakage protection performance.
- Strict CE Quality Certification
Comply with international electrical safety standards, safe for export to European, Southeast Asian and global markets.
4. Application Scenarios
- Residential household power distribution boxes: wall sockets, lighting circuits, kitchen & bathroom high-leakage-risk loops
- Small retail shops, office single-phase power distribution systems
- Apartment building centralized electrical control cabinets
- Light commercial equipment single-phase power supply protection
- Renovation & new construction low-voltage electrical wiring projects
5. Operation Instructions
- Install the breaker onto standard 35mm DIN rail inside distribution box; connect live wire and neutral wire to top two terminals, load wires to bottom two terminals.
- Push the black switch handle upward to “ON” position to supply power to downstream circuits.
- Press the orange “T” TEST button monthly when power is on. If the breaker trips automatically, the leakage protection function works normally; if no trip, replace the breaker immediately.
- When leakage/overload/short-circuit fault occurs, the handle will jump to “OFF”. Cut off all electrical loads first, check circuit hidden troubles, then reset after eliminating faults.
6. Package & After-sales
- Support OEM & ODM custom logo, customized packing box service
- 2-year factory warranty, free replacement for quality defects under normal operation
