5. Installation & Operation Guide
- Install the switch vertically inside a standard indoor waterproof PV distribution cabinet, fix it firmly through the bottom mounting holes to avoid shaking.
- Connect the positive and negative cables of the solar PV array to the upper terminals, and connect the load cables leading to the inverter to the lower terminals. Tighten the bolts fully to prevent poor contact and overheating; match large-section cables for the 630A model.
- Rotate the central handle clockwise to the ON position to energize the solar DC circuit for normal power generation operation.
- Rotate the handle counterclockwise to the OFF position to cut off the DC power completely before any equipment maintenance. Confirm the visible break gap to ensure no residual voltage.
- Regularly check terminal tightness and handle flexibility every 6 months to maintain optimal operating performance.
