3. Technical Specification
| Parameter | Specifications |
|---|---|
| Model | LMIDL2 |
| Pole Type | 2P,4P |
| Rated Current In | 16A,25A,32A,40A,63A |
| Rated Residual Current IΔn | 30mA(default) |
| Rated Voltage Un | 230V(2P)/400V(4P),50Hz |
| Trip Time | ≤0.1s at IΔn |
| Breaking Capacity Inc | 6000A |
| Mounting | 35mm DIN Rail |
| Standard | IEC61008-1,GB/T16916.1,CE |
| Operation Temp | -25℃~+60℃ |
4. Working Principle
- Under normal working condition, incoming & outgoing current offset mutually, no induced current, breaker keeps closed;
- Once leakage/electric shock occurs, unbalanced residual current generates induced signal to trip component;
- Breaker cuts off circuit within ≤0.1s to avoid personal electric shock and leakage fire risks;
- Built-in TEST button simulates leakage fault to verify breaker function monthly.
5. Applications
- Residential: Household distribution box, home wiring leakage protection
- Commercial: Shopping mall, office building, hotel power distribution cabinet
- Industrial: Small factory equipment, workshop auxiliary circuit protection
- New Energy: Small solar system, charging pile front-end leakage protection
- Construction: Construction site temporary electricity safety control
6. Installation Guide
- Mount: Snap RCCB onto standard 35mm DIN rail inside distribution cabinet;
- Wiring: Connect incoming live & neutral wire on top terminals, outgoing load cables on bottom terminals; strictly follow N pole wiring marking;
- Inspection: After wiring finished, press green TEST button to check if breaker trips normally; reset if working properly;
- Maintenance: Press TEST button monthly regularly for functional test as marked “Test monthly”.
