ATS Panels for Thailand Hybrid Solar Projects
ATS Panels for Thailand Hybrid Solar Projects
Thailand’s renewable energy market continues to expand rapidly. Hybrid solar systems are widely adopted in homes, commercial buildings and factories to cope with frequent grid outages and reduce energy bills. Our custom dual power ATS panels have been successfully manufactured and delivered to local solar projects in Thailand, providing a stable automatic power switching solution between solar inverters and grid power.

What is ATS in a Solar PV System?
The automatic transfer switch (ATS) is the core component of the dual power supply control cabinet. It automatically detects the inverter power status. When the inverter fails or the voltage becomes unstable, the ATS quickly switches the load to the grid/backup source. Once power to the inverter is restored, it will safely switch back. This conversion occurs automatically without manual intervention, ensuring continuous power supply to critical loads.
As shown in our custom-assembled solar ATS control cabinets, LVMA ATS panels integrate circuit breakers, surge protection devices and reliable transfer switches inside one metal enclosure. All wiring is neatly routed, fully tested before delivery, ready for fast on-site installation for hybrid solar projects.
How ATS Works

1. Under normal conditions: The ATS connects the load side to the solar inverter. Your facility runs fully on solar energy converted by the inverter.
2. When the solar inverter fails, battery bank depletes or inverter output drops: The ATS automatically detects loss of inverter power and switches loads over to the utility grid within seconds.
3. Once the solar inverter restores stable output: The ATS will automatically switch back to the inverter as the main power source, and grid returns to standby backup status.
Typical Application Scenarios
- Hybrid solar battery backup systems for homes
- Commercial building solar backup power
- Remote off-grid solar power plants
- Industrial sites with unstable grid supply
- Solar microgrid and emergency power projects
Main Advantages of Our Pre-assembled ATS Dual Power Cabinet
The ATS has built-in electrical and mechanical interlock protection. It strictly prevents parallel connection between inverter output and grid, avoiding dangerous backfeed and equipment damage. As shown in our workshop photos, LVMA pre-assembled ATS cabinets integrate the ATS switch, MCB, MCCB, and surge protection devices inside one robust metal enclosure. Every cabinet is fully wired, inspected and tested before shipment for fast field installation.
✅ Seamless automatic power transfer: No manual operation required for switchover between grid and solar power
✅ Full electrical protection: Integrated MCB, MCCB and SPD for overload, short-circuit and lightning surge protection
✅ Factory pre-assembly & testing: Save on-site wiring work for Thai solar installers and EPC contractors, reduce field risks
✅ Customizable solution: Adjustable cabinet size, rated current and internal layout to match different inverter power ratings
✅ Widely applicable: Ideal for residential hybrid PV, commercial rooftop solar, factory backup power systems across Thailand and Southeast Asia
Why Choose LVMA ATS for Your Solar Project?

LVMA specializes in medium and low voltage electrical distribution components and prefabricated control panels for renewable energy. Our ATS dual power switches are widely adopted in solar PV projects in Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Each cabinet undergoes strict electrical testing before shipment, complying with international safety standards.
Local solar EPCs in Thailand prefer pre-built ATS panels to accelerate project construction and improve system safety. Our dual power distribution boxes eliminate messy field wiring and standardize the hybrid solar backup power circuit. We support OEM and ODM services, with ATS current ratings ranging from 63A to 3200A. Our electrical distribution products have been exported to Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries, serving solar contractors, system integrators and renewable energy distributors.
If you are a solar EPC, electrical contractor or energy distributor in Thailand seeking reliable factory-assembled ATS dual power panels for hybrid solar backup systems, please contact our engineering team for technical drawings, specifications and quotations.
